Psalm 65:11 tells us that God always brings what He begins to fruition. Perhaps the greatest display of the goodness of God, apart from our own salvation, is to witness the abundance in our lives as we notice the footprints of God everywhere.

Welcome

A Word From Our Pastors

As your pastors, we see the goodness of God in allowing us to be vessels of service to you! It is our privilege to strive with you in laughter, tears, and joy, but most of all, in the ministry of worship to our Savior Jesus Christ. Your expressions of love to us and our families throughout the year are humbling! It is our prayer that we, as a church family, grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and may His goodness through us be a bright light in a dark world. With every good wish and prayer for a full measure of God’s richest blessing to you and your families this coming year and until Christ comes.

Joyful in Christ’s service,

Pastor Dupignac & Pastor Montgomery

Meet Our Staff

Bill Dupignac

Senior Pastor

In my childhood, I was raised in Upstate New York. After graduating from Faith Baptist Bible College and Seminary, I was called into ministry at Grace Baptist Church as the assistant pastor in August of 2003. In 2011, I was called to be the senior pastor. I am the husband of my beautiful wife Karla and father of our two children, Rebekah and Leah. We love the Tri-Cities area and consider it a privilege to serve the saints at Grace Baptist Church.

Jason Montgomery

Assistant Pastor

I was born and raised in the Tri-Cities and have been a part of Grace Baptist Church since I was about 5 years old.  In my mid-twenties I began serving with Pastor Dupignac as a volunteer in the youth ministry and during that time I began to sense that God was calling me into full time pastoral ministry.  I was called to Grace Baptist Church in August of 2014 as the assistant pastor and would later graduate from Baptist Bible College.  I am so thankful for the opportunity that God has given to me to serve in the church I grew up in and to minister into the lives of our youth and the young adults of Grace Baptist Church.  I am married to my wonderful wife Amy and have four children, Alec, Brooklyn, Camryn, and Danica.

Judy Gintner

Office Manager

I am originally from the East Coast (Holbrook, MA). I moved to the Tri-Cities in 1980. After attending several other churches, I started attending Grace Baptist Church in 1998. I enjoy serving in the church where I can.

After working at the Pacific Northwest National Labs for 34 years, I retired in January of 2020. As a retired widow, whose children are now adults, who wanted to use some of the free time that God has given me to serve in the church, I joined the staff of Grace Baptist Church as Office Manager in June 2020. I look forward to serving God and glorifying Him through this position.
